Netanya is a Mediterranean resort city with one of Israel's largest Anglo (American, British, South African) and French Jewish communities, which makes it a very English and French friendly place to eat kosher. Almost every eatery in town is certified, so the practical question for visitors is the certifier and its tier, which here runs from the standard Rabbanut Netanya, up through Rabbanut Netanya Mehadrin, to independent Badatzim (for example Badatz Beit Yosef, Chug Chatam Sofer, and Badatz Edah HaChareidis in the Kiryat Sanz Hasidic quarter). Dining clusters around the clifftop seafront and Kikar Ha'atzmaut (Independence Square), with more options in Ir Yamim to the south and the Haredi neighborhood of Kiryat Sanz.

Traveler's note

Most tourist facing kosher venues sit along Gad Machnes, Nitza Boulevard, Herzl Street, and Kikar Ha'atzmaut (Independence Square), all a short walk from the beach and the main hotels, with additional clusters in Ir Yamim (the southern mall district), the Poleg and Kiryat HaSharon industrial parks, and the strictly Haredi Kiryat Sanz. The overwhelming majority of restaurants close for Shabbat, shutting Friday afternoon and reopening Saturday night, so plan Friday night and Shabbat day meals through your hotel or a pre ordered takeaway. Kiryat Sanz venues follow Hasidic Badatz standards, and hummus, falafel, and bakery counters are the easiest quick weekday options in the center.
